Positive: The food was outstanding, and most of the staff were friendly and helpful. The resort itself is truly beautiful, and the beach attendant was exceptionally kind and welcoming. The massage service was excellent. Make sure you don't miss the stingray and turtle tour.
Negative: Although we received a warm welcome upon arrival, we often had to follow up repeatedly for small requests. At The Steak House, one of the order-taking staff members was unexpectedly rude, which made us feel uncomfortable. Additionally, room service was quite slow and the location of the resort is inconvenient, as it is quite far from the main city.
Summary: Pleasant stay with great food but service and location were drawbacks.
